Paco Pérez is one of the best exponents of the Spanish haute cuisine, he is a benchmark in world wide cuisine .
Through the years, he has created his restaurant Miramar in Roses ( Girona) a hotel wich has become a place of pilgrimage for contemporary gourmets. With what has always been a family business , Perez has ended up winning two Michelin stars, betting for a tradicional Mediterranean cuisine and proximity with his clients in which creativity floods in every dish.

Paco Pérez has gone through the best kitchens in the country and has learned and trained alongside chefs such as Ferran Adrià and Joan Roca.
In L' EGGS , he has chosen to do "something different, funny, that everyone likes , for all ages and economically affordable ." And it is all based on eggs . " A product which is one of my favorites ," explains Perez. Paco advices restaurants in Barcelona as it it the Enoteca, in the Hotel Arts also awarded with two Michelin stars. He also leads the cuisine of La Royale , where he revolutionized the concept of gourmet burgers.

Not only he triumphs in Spain , but since 2012 he has in Berlin, with the spectacular Restaurant Cinc in Hotel Das Stue , which offers a Mediterranean product folowing the idea od his restaurant in Llançà and for which it has received recently, one more Michelin star , adding up a total of Five.
